Hello, My name is Chandra (she, they) and I co-create healing spaces with adolescents 16 and up and young adults who are seeking to examine their relationship with themselves. Moving through the human experience, we all pick up masks to fit into the spaces we desire to be in. I am here to be your co-pilot in creating your life worth living as your most authentic self. Whether you’re new to therapy, or looking to establish ongoing care, I am here to support you on your journey home to yourself.

Some challenges my clients bring include adjustment to life changes, identity exploration, loss of meaning and purpose, depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, immigration and cultural adjustment, and lack of fulfillment with their work. I am able to support students and young professionals experiencing burnout through the creation of self-care and management practices unique to you. Dependent on the needs of my client, I use a mix of narrative therapy, internal family systems parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy, existential therapy, and somatic interventions. I believe in the importance of tending to the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

I specialize in working with individuals with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ identities. Pulling from my own experiences as a queer, South Indian immigrant, I want to help you hold space for the parts of yourself that hold shame and go unseen. With deep respect for generational and cultural complexities, I enjoy working with first and second generation immigrants, their partners, and families through individual, family, and couples therapy.
