$135 per 50 minute session
Fees are due at the beginning of each session.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
We accept Medi-Cal for cases with mild to moderate symptom severity only through Beacon, Partnership.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to use your Beacon, Partnership benefits, FIRST CALL BEACON HEALTH STRATEGIES at 1 (855) 765-9703 to complete a prequalifying assessment, then contact your therapist at (707) 772-5085 with the patient’s name, Medi-Cal number, date of birth, and the registration/authorization number provided by Medi-Cal when you completed the assessment.
We do not accept any other insurance payments directly or manage insurance payments, but depending upon your insurance carrier and coverage, PPO out-of-network reimbursement for sessions may be available. You will be charged at your usual rate, then your therapist will provide you with a monthly summary of services (“Superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for all fees, whether or not insurance reimbursement is available.
Services provided may also be eligible for tax-free reimbursement under your employer-sponsored flexible spending account (FSA, MSA, or FLEX plan). Check with your company’s human resources manager for more information. In our experience, most HSA credit or debit cards have been accepted through our credit card payment system, but this is not guaranteed.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
(Note: Insurance carriers will not reimburse for missed sessions, and you will be responsible to pay the cancellation fee out-of-pocket.)
